Importing CMC historical trades (older than 12 months)

Use this guide to import your CMC Invest trading history older than 12 months into Sharesight. The CMC Invest Sharesight Connect integration only syncs the past 12 months of trades — use this method to bring in older trade history.

  1. Login to your CMC Invest account.

  2. Click on the Account > Confirmations tab.

  3. Select Open advanced search.

  4. Set Start date to since inception; End date to the date 365 days before today.

  5. Download trades as a CSV file.

  6. In Sharesight, click Add Investment > Upload via brokers, search for CMC and select Upload a file.
