Milly is a Senior Business Analyst at Sharesight. Her average workday involves digging into customer feedback and data, troubleshooting bugs, testing new features, and working with developers and designers to make sure what gets built delivers value. She loves problem solving, so turning customer needs into great software solutions is rather satisfying.
Before investment software, Milly worked on biosecurity, fisheries and waste management software across Australia and New Zealand. While she had only dipped a toe in the world of investing before starting at Sharesight, spending almost five years working here is a surefire way to develop a keen interest in it.
Outside work, Milly likes to think mountain biking and ski touring are still her hobbies, though a baby and toddler make that a stretch these days. However, she can occasionally be found lugging her two-year-old up Makara Peak on a mountain bike or chasing him down the easy runs of Mount Ruapehu on skis.
