Sharesight product updates – January 2026

by Milly Brent, Business Analyst at Sharesight | Jan 21st 2026

Since our last product update we’ve been hard at work turning your feedback into features. We have added support for a new market (Abu Dhabi exchange), enhanced the dividend insights feature on the holdings page and implemented some refinements to the new overview as well as the mobile apps.

The dividend insights feature on the holdings page (available on the standard, premium and business plans) now includes estimated future dividends where the next dividend has not yet been announced. Matching the estimates shown on the future income report, we show an approximate date and amount that can be expected for the next dividend based on the instrument dividend history. We’ve also refined the dividend yield and yield on cost calculations to adjust for the impact of splits and consolidations so that these metrics remain accurate.

Thank you to all our Beta users who have provided feedback on the new overview! We have now addressed multiple bugs and implemented several suggested changes raised by our Beta users. We are on track to roll out the updated Overview to all customers in the coming weeks.

Customer feedback on the mobile app has also guided numerous usability improvements. We now retain sort order in the watchlist, accurately accommodate the maximum text size increase to 150% of standard, allow for haptic feedback to be configured and we’ve streamlined navigation for users with a single portfolio amongst other improvements. These latest changes will be available in the next several days.
